Preparing for the Great Harvest of Souls

We continue the discussion about the Third Great Awakening that is coming soon. At the passing of Roe v Wade and legalized abortion in January 1973, began 40 years of judgment against America of God moving in signs and wonders. At that time Gordon Lindsey, who founded Christ for the Nations, died two months after Roe v Wade which was another sign of the stopping of signs and wonders. January 2013 was 40 years, and it has been very encouraging of great things happening in the Church, and it is exciting for the signs, wonders, and miracles that are coming! Dive into the river of God and don’t miss out on this new season God is bringing in. A Tsunami of God’s glory is coming, and it is time for us to get ready!

Dutch Sheets says, “The war eagles are coming,” and that the people of his generation may have worries about how they are going to disciple this new generation that is coming to the Lord. At VFNKB we have been preparing for the harvest that is coming in. In this generation many are fatherless, and they will need to be fathered and raised to be who they were created to be.

There are seasons in the Kingdom of God, and when God begins to do a new thing as believers, we need to shift into the new season. God is a moving God, and you can read the Bible and see many times where God moved and changed the times and seasons His people were in at those times. Dutch says, “Changing times and seasons require changing strategy.” When God begins to do things, He will say what He wants us to do as His children. Get in the river and build your foundation now. Standing in the Gap between the Living and the Dead

We continue the conversation on standing in the gap. Normally dead folks stink, meaning spiritually dead. And they have issues and may have bad things that come against them, but it is because they are going against God. For example, Miriam, Moses’ sister, spoke against God and she was struck with leprosy. Moses stood in the gap between Miriam and God and asked for her healing so that she wouldn’t die, and God answered and healed her. We are all held individually accountable for what we do; if you are with someone who does something evil and wrong you don’t have to do it with them. You can choose to speak out and say what they are doing or saying is wrong and against God and that you can’t participate in that. God loves people, and He wants someone to stand in the gap, in Ezekiel 22:30 He says, “I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one.” He is looking for someone to stand in the gap, and it isn’t about judging people but crying out to God for their salvation and repentance. It is easier to stand in the gap for those that don’t deserve it when we remember that we don’t deserve it either. Because God gave us mercy and compassion we can give that to others as well. Wycliffe Translators Report 5.8 Billion People Now have Access to the Bible in their Own Language

The Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached to all, then Jesus will return. Wycliffe translators translate the Bible and 5.8 billion people are getting scriptures in their native language tongue, their goal is that every single language will be translated by 2025. The reason why they have been able to do this is because of modern technology. We want to continue to pray for this to come to pass because this is a large project with many people involved. It is important to stand with VFNKB because we help you to understand the Word of the Lord and to also bring people to know Jesus as the Lord of their lives. LISTEN NOW! Greg, John, and Pat share about intercession which is described as one who will stand in the Gap. They discussed several intercessors like Amos, Moses, and of course Jesus. The ultimate intercessor the one who stands between hell and us guarding and warning us from the dangers of hell and pleading to God for us to make it to heaven. Who will stand in the gap, who will be an intercessor; like so many who have gone before us to stand in between the darkness that is coming upon people with one arm outstretched toward the darkness and one arm holding back those who are in the path of darkness and look up to heaven and cry out to the Lord on their behalf. Will it be you?
