Sobering Interview with Holocaust Survivor

In this interview we hear from a Holocaust survivor and her tragic story. Hananya Naftali interviews a Holocaust survivor, Ida Greenberg, and asks her about her memories. Ida is 95 years old. When Naftali asked if she thought she would survive the Holocaust, she shared this response. “No one knew. It was hell. So, no one knew what tomorrow brings.” During the Holocaust, she only had one wish. “I wanted to see my parents but no…I didn’t manage to see them.” She continues to share how the Nazis came at night and took her parents. To those who deny the Holocaust ever occurred, Greenberg says, “…in every family of survivors, there is a remaining wound. How can someone say that it didn’t happened?”      

It is so important for us to remember where we came from. We don’t want to repeat history and the tragic things that have happened like in The Holocaust. TESLA ROADSTER LAUNCHED INTO SPACE, LARGEST ROCKET ON EARTH, SpaceX
In the 1960’s, America was part of the space race to be the first to land a man on the moon. The budget for this endeavor was unprecedented. When governments were reaching for new achievements in space, we are now witnessing companies achieving new accolades. Elon Musk and SpaceX have recently launched one of the largest rockets into space. Musk has the desire to one day colonize Mars.
 
The rocket that Musk used was SpaceX’s “Falcon Heavy Rocket”. According to Tech Insider, ‘It has 27 engines and can generate more power than eighteen 747 jumbo jets.’ To give us a comparison, the Falcon Heavy Rocket “is the most powerful rocket to fly since NASA’s moon rocket, the Saturn V”. If this were not interesting enough, Musk added his own personal flair to this event by customizing the payload that would be added to this massive rocket.
 
Musk launched his own Tesla Roadster into space. Musk posted this on his Twitter account, “Payload will be my midnight cherry Tesla Roadster playing Space Oddity. Destination is Mars orbit. Will be in deep space for a billion years or so if it doesn’t blow up on ascent.”

For those who have yet to visit Israel, there is no better time to visit than now. If you want to visit, where do you find accurate information about Israel? What about those who know Israel better than anyone, the locals? Hananya Naftali, a Messianic Jew, and former IDF soldier, shares some insight about Israel that many may not be aware of.
 
Did you know that Israel is only 1/6th of 1% of the Entire Middle East? Yep. It’s true. “So, all those people that say that Israel is the biggest problem in the Middle East think twice…” Some may be aware that many people speak Hebrew in Israel. But, there are actually two different types of Hebrew, “the ancient biblical one and the modern spoken one every year.”
 
For those who have visited, or seen pictures of the Western Wall in Jerusalem, some may have noticed small pieces of paper that are placed within the cracks and crevices in the wall. These are prayers that individuals place within the wall. What is amazing is the amount of prayers that are placed in the Western Wall every year, “around a million notes are left at the western wall and cleaned out before Passover and Rosh Hashanah.”

PHILIDELPHIA EAGLES, ZACH ERTZ, BOLD, INCREDIBLY SINCERE, CHRISTIAN TESTIMONY
 
It is beautiful to see people using the platform given to them by the Lord, to bring glory to the name of Jesus. NFL player, Zach Ertz, is one of these athletes. He is boldly unashamed of his faith in Jesus. Zach is married to USA Soccer player, Julie Ertz. When Josh was interviewed before he was part of the winning Super Bowl team, he was just as bold before as he was afterwards.
 
Josh was asked about how important it is to use his position to glorify God. As he shared, “our number one goal on this Earth is to make disciples…” He continues, “faith in football this Sunday is huge. It’s the platform we have to draw people to the Word, to Jesus. It’s something that we don’t take for granted by any means.”
 
Jesus is not simply a name or an idea to Josh Ertz, but a real, tangible relationship. “I always knew Jesus. I always knew who He was, but I didn’t have the relationship like I do now.” He recognized those athletes around him who remained steady in their lives amidst the ups and downs. Ertz shared about how he made the decision to make Jesus Christ real in his life by giving his life to Him. “I got baptized this past offseason…so last March was when I truly dedicated my life. It was the best thing that ever happened.”

Many have a relationship with the Lord at a building, but God wants to have a personal relationship with you, in your home, in your heart, wherever you are. Who are you when no one is around? Who are you when the cameras are not flashing? It’s not about ‘going’ to church. It’s about ‘being’ the Church. This is the moment of transformation in our lives. When we no longer live our lives for the eyes of others, but for the eyes of Jesus, powerful things begin to happen in our hearts and our lives.

The Power of GRIT, Lisa Bevere, VFNKB #SuccessSecrets

Some people are shocked and surprised when life hands us the difficulties of reality. What do we do in these moments? Where and who do we turn to? Where does our strength come from? When Lisa Bevere was recently speaking to a gathering of women, she shared some deeply inspiring wisdom on what it takes to rise above these seasons of adversity.

 

 Bevere points to a study that reveals what it takes to endure. “It is called grit.” More specifically, she shares, “they have found out that people who have ‘gritty’ behaviors, or ‘the grit factor’, will actually succeed more than people that are intelligent, more than people that are rich.”  Bevere also points out how there is a difference between a ‘grit factor’ of the world and supernatural ‘grit’. “You’re going to have to operate by faith; and you’re gonna have to know who you are, and you’re gonna have to know how God prepares you.”
 
This is very powerful and important. It’s not just intelligence, it is the training of the seasons that prepares. We must stick, stay, and stand, even when life stinks. In our present generation, people claim to say that if something is difficult, then it must not be God. Go back and revisit what the Lord has spoken over you. Declare it. Decree it and walk by faith with your hope set upon Jesus Christ.

As Israel and the Palestinian Authority have been going back and forth regarding negotiations for peace for decades, Naftali shares details on some of the most recent developments. Instead of signing an agreement with Israel, the Palestinian Authority has signed an agreement with Hamas. As Naftali describes, “Hamas is a terror organization. Hamas publicly announced they won’t recognize the State of Israel and that they want to wipe Israel off the map.” To give context to the situation, revealing the depth of deception that is being portrayed, Naftali points out how Mahmoud Abbas recently spoke to the International community at the United Nations, and his desire for peace in the region. Naftali continues to point out that the only mission of Hamas is to destroy Israel, “even at the cost of innocent Gazans.”
 
It cannot be understated that we cannot fall prey to the messages of the International community regarding Israel, and matters involving Israel. It is such an admirable goal to want to be the CEO of your own company. But, can you imagine achieving this goal as a teenager AND being a millionaire!? Jaylen Bledsoe is the CEO and President of his company, Bledsoe Technologies, and he has acquired a wealth of wisdom along the way. When interviewed in St. Louis, he shares about the overview of his company ranging from website design to I.T. Consulting.
 
“I was 12-13 years old when it got started as an L.L.C. in 2012.” Understanding that this journey can’t be achieved on his own, Bledsoe gives credit to his mentor that advised him to, “take risks. There’s nothing that you can do as a minor that will shoot you down for too long. Because your young, you can jump back up and keep going.” Bledsoe has also worked with other young entrepreneurs to help each other with their ideas and goals. At the time of being interviewed, Bledsoe shared that he will soon be working with hotels on a project. He plans on attending business school at Harvard.
 
2017 is the year of breakthrough and Jaylen Bledsoe is proving that breaking through mindsets is a reality. We are blessed to be a blessing for others. This entrepreneurial value is the cornerstone of what has been witnessed through the Green Family and their company, Hobby Lobby. The Green family has just recently launched the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. This is the essence of what business is all about; understanding that success is in helping others succeed and giving back.
 
As media headlines have responded to the business success displayed in Jaylen’s life, namely his achievement of creating a company valued at more than $3 Million, he recently shared that this is not what is goals are focused upon. He points out that this valuation became public when he simply responded to a question during an interview. “The world has made that interview, who I am. They’ve made that net worth and that valuation, my title, and my introduction. They’ve looked to make me prideful of that number.” As he continues, “I never said it to brag, or to flaunt the numbers.” He addresses the heart of the issue and points out how money is not his highest goal. Following Jesus is. “I have to understand that the one who chases after money, and teaches money, is teaching the wrong thing. They’re following the wrong thing.”
 
Money has nothing to do with his purpose. “Being for someone when they need me. That’s God’s purpose.” Many business men and women throughout the world are well aware of R.O.I.: The Return on Investment. How quickly will I get my investment returned to me? When some would be focused on the value of dollars, Bledsoe is focused on the value of people. In his own words, he says, “I don’t care about the return on investment being money or more marketing, or more dollars in the end. My R.O.I. is the YOU.” This is such an inspiration for those who have a desire to be involved in business and to be reminded what the true purpose of business is: others.
 
This is such an encouraging reminder about the values of life and how we can live our lives for the betterment of others. True wealth is the depth of relationships in our lives. Overcoming the Lies of the Enemy Starts with Knowing Who You are in the Eyes of God! Nick Vuijicic shares remarkable reality of hope and purpose
 
How many times do we find ourselves focusing on the barriers around us and settling to believe that we cannot overcome that “hand that we have been dealt in life”? Do we resort to excuses, or do we hold on to the fact that God’s plan and purpose for our life is good? For Nick Vujicic, he held on to God’s plan and purpose for his life. Nick was born with no arms…and no legs. The enemy lies to everyone of us, and Nick was no different. If we don’t know what God says about us, we will have no ammunition of truth to fight against the lies of the devil.
 
As Vujicic shares, he presents this startling question asking for arms and legs; “What would you rather have: arms and legs, or peace in your soul? Arms and legs, or purpose? Arms and legs, or eternal life and the knowledge of truth?” As Vujicic sees it, eternal life is the victor. As he laughingly points out, “arms and legs are going to give me arthritis later on anyway”. Everything changes when we know who we are in Christ.
 
He speaks to the young teenage girls in the room. “You don’t need a boyfriend to feel loved. You’re royalty. Your dad is the King of kings and the Lord of lords.” The world lines up to present us with things that only God can provide. “If you put your happiness in temporary things, your happiness will be temporary. I don’t want temporary things. I want the truth.” It was the paradigm of truth that changed Nick’s life forever. “The truth was, when I submitted my life to God, and said, ‘God, take my sins. Forgive me. I don’t want to live my life. I don’t want to live in sin. I don’t want my plan. I want your plan.’”
 
This is such a profound understanding for all of us to remember and remind ourselves each and every day. For those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, we need to be reminded about who we are IN Christ, each and every day. You are extremely valuable. You have purpose. You are one of a kind. We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we can be encouraged when we know Who holds tomorrow.
 
Be reminded about the good plans that God has for you and how valuable you are in God’s sight as you hear the full comments from Nick Vujicic as well as the reminder to know who you are in Christ, and so much more. You read that right, the FDA has approved technology that your body is able to digest.
 
When Mashable asks the question of how doctors can verify that medication is being taken, they point to microchips, wait for it….on medication. “It’s a seriously tiny square of silicon. About the size of a grain of sand. And, there’s no battery required, because, you’re the battery.” So how does it work? As the report continues, “the signal is transmitted to a wearable patch, and from there, to a cell phone.” So, what exactly is being “tracked”? “The patch tracks things like heart rate, activity, and rest patterns.” The main focus is the doctor’s surety that their patients are taking their medication.
 
It’s amazing how much privacy is being surrendered in the name of healthcare. So much technology is outside of our body. The question being asked is, ‘why not put it inside your body?’. The more that technology advances, the more privacy that we are losing. We are going to live forever. This life is temporary, and then eternity. The question is, why do you want to live longer? What is your purpose for living? We begin to live our lives differently when we understand that how we live will determine how we spend eternity.

Why do so many Synagogues have Security? Anti-Semitism is Alive and Real in the World

LISTEN NOW! (Or WATCH FULL PROGRAM!) When Jesus came to mankind to save them from their sins, He didn’t care about ethnicity. We are all made of dirt. All of us are made of dirt and spit. When a man needed healing in his eyes, Jesus spit in the dirt and rubbed it in the man’s eyes. It is important not to get focused on the outside, when Jesus is focused on the inside, our hearts. When we hear about anti-Semitism, this simply means racism towards Jews solely because they are Jewish. When Hananya Naftali, a Christian born in Israel, traveled to Germany, he was astonished at some of the sights that he witnessed.
 

 
When Naftali recently traveled to Germany and Poland, he was able to share encouraging words to many people. But, one observation that stuck out to him in his travels was the amount of security solely around Jewish Synagogues. “The police were guarding literally every Synagogue I’ve visited in Europe. And the question is, ‘Why the Jews need protection?’” Some may believe that hatred towards Jews ended after the fall of Nazi Germany and World War II. But this is not true. As Naftali states, “And today in 2017: anti-Semitism is still alive. Hate towards Jews is not a fairytale, its’s alive and it’s kicking.” Do we see the same amount of protection with security around mosques or churches? As Naftali regularly posts videos on his YouTube page about Israel, he asks this rhetorical question; “Why do I, a Jew, still get messages and comments that say that Jews are dogs, I’m a pig, and that I should die?” We should always stand up against hate regardless of where we see it.
 
As Israel continues to be in the national news, some would argue that Israel should give up the Jordan Valley and allow their Eastern Border to be protected by troops from the United Nations. By looking at the United Nations’ continual bias actions against Israel, we can see a common denominator. A brief look at the history of the United Nations’ troops serving in defense of Israel over the last few decades reveals the same track record. The Jerusalem Center compiles an undeniable list of evidence through continual events of United Nations’ troops repeatedly failing at their missions to defend Israel.
 
The United Nations established UNEF, United Nations Emergency Force, with the purpose of defending Israel’s Southern Border against Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula by placing troops along this border. This placement of troops worked all the way up until the moment that they were needed. In 1967, Egypt advanced a line of tanks causing the United Nations troops to flee. The infamous 6-day War then ensues.
 
Again, when the United Nations deployed troops in Lebanon, UNIFIL, United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, to keep terrorist organizations from attacking Israel along their Northern Border, they failed in stopping the advancement of both terrorist organizations along Lebanon’s Southern Border and their attacks against Israel. When Israel removed their troops from the Gaza Strip, the United Nations again sent troops with this mission; “to prevent weapon smuggling into Gaza”. What happened? They fled their position. Weapons flowed into Gaza and attacks on Israel increased. This outcome of events has happened on every border. ” Since 1967, the Jordan rift valley has served as a formidable geographic barrier protecting Israel and the front line of its defense in the East.” When we understand the significance of Israel defending the Jordan Valley, we can see how we cannot allow the same unfolding of events to take place.
 
The actions of the United Nations reveal that Israel cannot depend on the United Nations to defend them when deployed. The United Nations is never going to defend Israel. Just as we have seen smear tactics taking place in America, Israel has been on the receiving end of its own smear tactic from the International Community in the form of the BDS Movement; Boycott, Divest, and Sanction Israel. While Israel is literally blessing their enemies with so many advancements, ranging from technology, agriculture, and medicine, they continually receive threats and repeated attacks. We must voice the truth about Israel.

Debunking Myths and Exposing Truths of Racism & Slavery’s Evil History in America’s Political Parties? 

It is so important for us to stand up for what is right and true in our generation as our forefathers were in their generation. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a forerunner in the civil rights movement. Known for his many words and speeches about the injustice of race in America, one of his best-known speeches is his “I Have a Dream” speech that echoed out from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. He shared his hopes and dreams for America, while also quoting words from the Declaration of Independence. “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal’”. This reality is so vital for us to understand. It is a precious thing to be an American and be afforded the freedoms that can be exercised in America. Sadly, a brief look at America’s history reveals that not all men have been treated equally. Professor of Political Science & Law at Vanderbilt University, Carol Swain reveals just a few of the realities that have taken place in our government.
 
As she points out, history reveals a stark difference between the positions of the Democratic Party and the Republican Party towards slavery and Jim Crow Laws.
“The Democratic Party was the party of slavery and Jim Crow, and the Republican Party was the party of emancipation and racial integration. Democrats were the Confederacy; and Republicans were the Union.” But, around the 1960’s & 70’s, these positions were supposedly swapped. How did this happen? Swain continues, “Fabricated by left-leaning academic elites and journalists, the story went like this: Republicans couldn’t win a national election by appealing to the better nature of the country; they could only win by appealing to the worst. Attributed to Richard Nixon, the media’s all-purpose bad guy, this came to be known as “The Southern Strategy.”” Supposedly, for the Republicans to win the Southern States, that had to win over the votes of the racists. As Swain highlights, there have been three separate lies about this “Southern Strategy”.
 
The first lie states that Republicans began to position their strategy to white racists in the 1960’s. Swain details what actually happened. “Republicans actually became competitive in the South as early as 1928, when Republican Herbert Hoover won over 47 percent of the South’s popular vote against Democrat Al Smith.”The same can be true of the political races carried out by Dwight Eisenhower in 1952 and 1956. The second lie proposes that those in the South who were against the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, moved to the Republican Party. Again, not true. “Of the 21 Democratic senators who opposed the Civil Rights Act, just one became a Republican. The other 20 continued to be elected as Democrats, or were replaced by other Democrats” Lie number three proposes that Republicans have significantly maintained victories in the South since this strategy was implemented. “Richard Nixon, the man who is often credited with creating the Southern Strategy, lost the Deep South in 1968. In contrast, Democrat Jimmy Carter nearly swept the region in 1976 – 12 years after the Civil Rights Act of 1964.” As Swain continues to debunk these fabrications, “The truth is, Republicans didn’t hold a majority of southern congressional seats until 1994, 30 years after the Civil Rights Act.”
 
When we look at the present voting records of the South, we see that there has been a tremendous change in the way voters cast their ballots compared to what was done 40 and 50 years ago. Now, votes are no longer cast based on skin color, but on values. “The racism that once defined it, doesn’t anymore. Its values today are conservative ones: pro-life, pro-gun, and pro-small government. And here’s the proof: Southern whites are far more likely to vote for a black conservative, like Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina, than a white liberal.”
 
It is so important that we know what is being taught in schools. This is a classic example of a “smear campaign” targeted at the Republican Party with the goal of labeling the party as “racists”. If you don’t know the truth, you are easily susceptible to being deceived into believing what is being told to you. As Sharyl Attkisson writes in her new book The Smear: How Shady Political Operatives and Fake News Control What You See, What You Think, and How You Vote, when someone can’t change the truth, they smear the one sharing the truth. This is the same thing that the religious leaders tried to do to Jesus. He was the Messenger of Truth, and they called him the devil. The same types of smear campaigns are being carried out towards those in President Trump’s Faith Advisory Board. Don’t buy it. If we buy into a lie, we lose the nation. Nations stand because God allows them to stand.
 
It’s important that we not get caught up in these attacks of lies and distractions. Charles Barkley has recently shared his perspective on the national focus of Confederate Statues.  “I’m not gonna waste my time worrying about these Confederate Statues. That’s wasted energy!” Instead, he describes what he is going to focus his time on. “I’m gonna keep doing great things. I’m going to keep trying to make a difference. Number one, in the black community, because I’m black; but I’m also going to try and do good things in the world.” If someone were to ask Barkley what his thoughts are on these statues, he points out this reality. “I’m 54 years old. I’ve never thought about those statues a day in my life.”

Why do so many Synagogues have Security? Anti-Semitism is Alive and Real in the World
 
When Jesus came to mankind to save them from their sins, He didn’t care about ethnicity. We are all made of dirt. All of us are made of dirt and spit. When a man needed healing in his eyes, Jesus spit in the dirt and rubbed it in the man’s eyes. It is important not to get focused on the outside, when Jesus is focused on the inside, our hearts. When we hear about anti-Semitism, this simply means racism towards Jews solely because they are Jewish. When Hananya Naftali, a Christian born in Israel, traveled to Germany, he was astonished at some of the sights that he witnessed.
 
When Naftali recently traveled to Germany and Poland, he was able to share encouraging words to many people. But, one observation that stuck out to him in his travels was the amount of security solely around Jewish Synagogues. “The police were guarding literally every Synagogue I’ve visited in Europe. And the question is, ‘Why the Jews need protection?’” Some may believe that hatred towards Jews ended after the fall of Nazi Germany and World War II. But this is not true. As Naftali states, “And today in 2017: anti-Semitism is still alive. Hate towards Jews is not a fairytale, its’s alive and it’s kicking.” Do we see the same amount of protection with security around mosques or churches? As Naftali regularly posts videos on his YouTube page about Israel, he asks this rhetorical question; “Why do I, a Jew, still get messages and comments that say that Jews are dogs, I’m a pig, and that I should die?” We should always stand up against hate regardless of where we see it.
 
As Israel continues to be in the national news, some would argue that Israel should give up the Jordan Valley and allow their Eastern Border to be protected by troops from the United Nations. By looking at the United Nations’ continual bias actions against Israel, we can see a common denominator. A brief look at the history of the United Nations’ troops serving in defense of Israel over the last few decades reveals the same track record. The Jerusalem Center compiles an undeniable list of evidence through continual events of United Nations’ troops repeatedly failing at their missions to defend Israel.
 
The United Nations established UNEF, United Nations Emergency Force, with the purpose of defending Israel’s Southern Border against Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula by placing troops along this border. This placement of troops worked all the way up until the moment that they were needed. In 1967, Egypt advanced a line of tanks causing the United Nations troops to flee. The infamous 6-day War then ensues.
 
Again, when the United Nations deployed troops in Lebanon, UNIFIL, United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, to keep terrorist organizations from attacking Israel along their Northern Border, they failed in stopping the advancement of both terrorist organizations along Lebanon’s Southern Border and their attacks against Israel. When Israel removed their troops from the Gaza Strip, the United Nations again sent troops with this mission; “to prevent weapon smuggling into Gaza”. What happened? They fled their position. Weapons flowed into Gaza and attacks on Israel increased. This outcome of events has happened on every border. ” Since 1967, the Jordan rift valley has served as a formidable geographic barrier protecting Israel and the front line of its defense in the East.” When we understand the significance of Israel defending the Jordan Valley, we can see how we cannot allow the same unfolding of events to take place.
 
The actions of the United Nations reveal that Israel cannot depend on the United Nations to defend them when deployed. The United Nations is never going to defend Israel. Just as we have seen smear tactics taking place in America, Israel has been on the receiving end of its own smear tactic from the International Community in the form of the BDS Movement; Boycott, Divest, and Sanction Israel. While Israel is literally blessing their enemies with so many advancements, ranging from technology, agriculture, and medicine, they continually receive threats and repeated attacks. We must voice the truth about Israel.

ROOF KNOCKING! The Compassion of the Israeli Defense Forces; Former IDF Soldier, Hananya Naftali, shares an inside view from his own experience

LISTEN NOW! (Or WATCH FULL PROGRAM!) We not only love Israel, but we also love the Israeli Defense Forces, the IDF. These are the men and women who serve in Israel to defend the state of Israel and the people within its borders. While some news outlets portray the IDF as evil, it cannot be emphasized enough that the IDF is truly a compassionate force. As a former IDF soldier, Hananya Naftali shares about some of the things the IDF teaches to its soldiers.
 
Naftali shares about a small booklet that each soldier receives upon entering the IDF, “The IDF Code of Ethics”, also known as “The Spirit of the IDF”. Naftali reads specifically from the Code of Ethics as he reads about human dignity. “The IDF and its soldiers are obligated to protect human dignity. Every human being is of value, regardless of his or her origin, religion, nationality, gender, status or position.” While sharing real-world examples, Naftali describes how Israeli soldiers care for wounded Syrians, “that no one else cares about, not even their own government”.
 
Naftali continues to read about the value of human life as is described in the IDF Code of Ethics. “The IDF servicemen and women will act in a judicious and safe manner in all they do, out of recognition of the supreme value of human life. During combat, they will endanger themselves and their comrades only to the extent required to carry out their mission.” As Naftali points out, the IDF keeps the value of life as a high priority in all their actions. During the Gaza War, the IDF carried out what is known as “roof knocking”.
 
As Hamas was known to take small buildings as outposts, the IDF would fire a small missile at precision located targets. The missile was small enough not to cause structural damage, but large enough to signify everyone in the house that a larger missile was on the verge of destroying the entire building. About a minute later, the larger rocket decimates the structure. This delay is carried out to allow ample time for non-combatants to flee the targeted location. Looking at these realities, Naftali asks this important question, “I’m asking myself why the truth is not being said on BBC or CNN?”
 
It is these truths that we must share to the world about Israel and the IDF. Some of the stories that are being said in today’s media about Israel and the IDF are simply not true. How do We Stand Up to Support and Defend Israel on Social Media? Hananya Naftali, VFNtv’s Unofficial Field Reporter, Interviews Prime Minister Netanyahu

LISTEN NOW! (Or WATCH FULL PROGRAM!) Hananya Naftali is an outstanding voice as a champion of truth for the State of Israel and the Israeli people so that the nations of the world can understand the truth of what is taking place within Israel and the region. He is a Messianic Believer, loves God, is a former soldier in the IDF, and loves Israel. He recently sat down with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss how to support and defend Israel on Social Media.
 
As Naftali sat down with the Prime Minister he highlighted how hard it is to advocate for Israel and asked this question to the Prime Minister; “how can we help the state of Israel on Social Media.” Speaking frankly, the Prime Minister responded, “I think it’s easy to advocate for the state of Israel because all you have to do is advocate the truth.” He emphasized his point, “Just tell the truth!” The Prime Minister continued his response, “talk about our attackers!”
 
The Prime Minister continues to elaborate on the realities of Israel’s stance in the region. “Israel is the one beacon of liberalism, of pluralism, of freedom…just tell the truth!” As the Prime Minister understands, Israel has its own shortcomings, just as any other country does. “We’re not free of blemishes. We’re not perfect. Who is? But, compared to whom? Compared to our Palestinian attackers, who have no respect for human rights, for their own people, for the freedom of their own people!”
 
As the Prime Minister has said many times before, in other avenues, and before an array of audiences, he elaborates how progress can only materialize on the foundation of truth. “The only way we’re going to move peace forward is to move on truth. Defend the truth. Stand up for truth. When you stand up for the truth, you stand up for Israel.”
 
Hananya changes topics as he asks about how to respond to those who deny Israel’s connection to the land of Israel. As Prime Minister Netanyahu points out, Israel has been there for nearly 4,000 years. “I’d say that is a pretty big connection. We’re not colonials. We’re back in our ancestral homeland.” 
 
It is so beautiful to see Hananya, a 23-year-old, IDF veteran, standing up for Israel and taking the time to advocate as boldly as he is for the country that he loves. As encouraging as he is, it is important to not only stand with Hananya by standing with Israel, we must also pray for his safety and protection. There are eight different gates that allow entrance into the Old City of Jerusalem. One of these gates is the Damascus Gate, where Malka was standing her post. We must have empathy and concern about what is happening within Israel, and to the Israeli people. Hananya Naftali, a former IDF Soldier, shares about how this horrible tragedy has affected him as he currently lives in Israel.

 
With raw footage from Damascus Gate, Naftali describes what took place during this horrible moment. “On Shabbat Eve, 3 Palestinian terrorists, armed with knives and weapons attacked two different locations in Jerusalem.” He continues to describe how the attacker focused on Hadas. “One of the terrorists assaulted Hadas, while she fought him with bare hands for seconds trying to pull off her weapon and defend herself. She was stabbed several times, was rushed to the hospital, but died of her wounds.”
 
Naftali continues to reveal the sobering reality of this harsh display of evil as he reminds us all about Hadas’s family. “Can you imagine what her family is going through right now? They sent their own daughter to protect the land of Israel and she made the hardest sacrifice of all – HER LIFE.” These moments are absolutely tragic as our hearts go out to the Malka family and all of those who knew Hadas. But, this reality is even more tragic.
 
Naftali continues to share about how he was stunned reading the news about the death of Hadas Malka and the celebratory response by Hamas. “When I read the news today, I saw that Hamas was celebrating her death; and it shocks me EVERY TIME! How can anyone celebrate a human being’s death?” This is the truth that many around the world are not aware of. “This is what Israel is dealing with. Israel is dealing with terrorists on a daily basis. I’m not saying this because I read it somewhere. I’m saying this from my personal experience when I was in the IDF.”
 
This is the truth that we must share with the world. Terrorists who kill Israelis, or die carrying out terrorist attacks against Jews are praised by the Palestinian Authority. On top of their celebrations, the families are given money due to their acts of terrorism and streets are named after these terrorists. Evil is not only condoned, it is celebrated!
 
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sarah visited the Malka family to share their condolences for the loss of their daughter and sister. As the Prime Minister sits with the grieving family, he shares these honoring words; “We came to salute her, to bow our heads in her memory, to be with you all. It’s just a terrible loss.” Hadas’s father shared about how Hadas impacted Israel with the life that she lived. “There are people who made a mark on the Jewish people and the State of Israel.”He continued, “Most of them accomplished this during their long life but our Hadas was so young and [yet] she made a mark of loving the nation and the state.” Many in the Israeli community honored Hadas in a funeral for her eulogizing the beauty of her life that she lived.
 
We must pray for the peace of Israel. It is encouraging to know that we have leadership in America that stands up for and supports Israel, President Trump, Vice President Pence, and many others. This is a new season. We are sharing the details of this tragedy because we must raise awareness of what is taking place within Israel. This will be talked about in the heavenlies. U.S. Policy on Cuba Just Shifted: President Trump Reverses U.S. Policy on Cuba
 
Wild things were happening with the relations between the United States and Cuba during the past Administration. It is important that we learn the history of what is and has taken place in our nation and in the nations around us. Only 90 miles south of Florida is the small island of Cuba, which was once a land of free people. Then Fidel Castro came and immediately began his oppressive leadership over the Cuban people.
 
Just moments after Fidel Castro took over leadership, he murdered 71 leaders. One of these leaders was the police chief of Santiago de Cuba. The police chief’s son, Luis Haza, who was only eight years old at the time, is a gifted and talented violin player. When the Castro regime learned of his musical talents, they immediately attempted to recruit him to play for Castro. But, the young Haza refused to comply.
 
As “NO” was not an acceptable answer for the Castro militants, they barged into one of Haza’s practice sessions and demand that he play his violin for him. As the young boy shook with fear, he began to play. The song he chose caused the entire room to immediately be silent. “The Star-Spangled Banner” was his choice of music. In an amazing full circle moment, while President Trump spoke regarding the U.S. policy towards Cuba, he not only spoke about Luis Haza, he gave the stage to Haza as he played the “The Star-Spangled Banner” just as he did as a young eight-year-old boy. It was this full circle moment that President Trump highlighted as he honored the Cuban people talking about his changes to the U.S. Policy with Cuba will no longer be as it has been.
 
“We all accept that all nations have the right to chart their own paths — and I’m certainly a very big believer in that — so we will respect Cuban sovereignty. But we will never turn our backs on the Cuban people. That will not happen.”  Considering the long-standing history and relationship between America and Cuba, one cannot deny the horrible oppression the Cuban people have experienced. President Trump recognizes that we can no longer tolerate such oppression. “Over the years, a special sympathy has grown between this land of the free, and the beautiful people of that island, so close to our shores and so deeply woven into the history of our region. America has rejected the Cuban people’s oppressors. They are rejected. Officially today, they are rejected.”
 
President Trump continued to share the immense hope that America represents to the Cuban people. “And to those people, America has become a source of strength, and our flag a symbol of hope. I know that is exactly what America is to you and what it represents to you. It represents the same to me.” The story of hope and encouragement is embodied in the overcoming life of Luis Haza and the remarkable journey he underwent as it all culminated in the same ballad being played before the President of the country that he loves so dearly.
 
This is such an encouraging moment. The Cuban people are such a beautiful people as the Holy Spirit has been moving mightily upon so many communities as reports have revealed a mighty revival is taking place in the land. These are such encouraging times for both Cuba as well as the United States. Federal Judge Orders Cross in Pensacola Park to Come Down
 
There have been outlandish laws that have been passed in history, but this one is sure to shock many. According to Fox News, a federal judge has recently decided that a Cross erected in Pensacola Florida’s Bayview Park violates the law and must be taken down. More specifically, District Judge Roger Vinson shared these remarks, “I am aware that there is a lot of support in Pensacola to keep the cross as is, and I understand and I understand and respect that point of view.” He continued his remarks, “But, the law is the law.”
According to the article, the lawsuit was presented on behalf of four Pensacola citizens. Four. It’s amazing how two pieces of lumber can cause such controversy in our nation. The reason is because it’s more than two simple sticks put together. The Cross is where God met mankind, and Jesus Christ took the sins of mankind upon Himself so that he took the away the curse of the law. The Cross is very powerful, His name is very powerful, when you mention His name, everything breaks loose.
 
This is the difference between every false god that sets themselves up as god, and Jesus Christ who is the One True God. What happened on the Cross is not the full story. After dying on the Cross, and being buried, Jesus Christ was resurrected on the third day and is now in Heaven on the right hand of the Father. Jesus is no longer on the Cross. HE’S ALIVE! Those who are trying to fight their battles in the legal courtrooms of America will find out soon enough that their battle is truly with God and no one else.
 
The Cross in Bayview Park has been in place since 1941 and was replaced in 1969 by the Pensacola Jaycees that is seen today. The truth is, God belongs in the public square. Many of the monuments in Washington point to the goodness of our God and His hand upon our nation. In communities such as Pensacola, we shouldn’t be surprised that these events are happening when it was the same community that allowed a satanist to carry out the invocation during a City Council meeting. We must pray for the leadership of Pensacola, as well as the leaders of our communities all over our nation.
