How Vulnerable are we as a Nation?
Many in America have become so prideful thinking that as Americans we don’t need anything. Even many churches have left the Lord and are no longer following His Word. “The greatest sin anyone can ever commit is to try to live independent of God,” says Leonard Ravenhill. How are we going to protect ourselves in America from disaster? We can again become, one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all, that is how America can protect itself. Our rights come from our Creator which we must submit ourselves under His authority. We are created in God’s image and for us to remove Him from our country is to remove our identity. Everything in America must work as it was designed or it will fail, and America needs God, and our country needs to turn back to God. This includes Christians which George Barna reports, Out of regular church attendees, who attend church at least once every two weeks, 81% of Christians don’t read their Bible, out of the 19% who do read the Bible, only 3% apply it to their life. Let’s turn back to God as a nation and as Christians so that God won’t turn away from us. 2 Chronicles 7:14 “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Everything will be abundant and in working order, if America turns from her wicked ways back to God! A Wise Man Sees Danger and Prepares: Possible Disaster Coming to Center of America
“The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.” Proverbs 22:3 Why not be prepared? You can be ready in case of a disaster or attack. Our prayer is for God to protect America and to prevent a disaster from coming which as Christians we are to cry out to God praying for His protection. If we don’t cry out to the Lord, then the earth will cry out to Him. As Christians, we can become disciples and do what God has said to do in His Word and repent of our sinful ways. John shares a dream where the center of America was completely destroyed, it was so destroyed that there was no search and rescue because there was no way anyone was alive. Then someone told him in the dream that the enemy came in during the night and another attack happened. They flew in from the south of Florida and were dropping bombs around all of America’s borders, around California, on the border of Canada, etc. This dream was a warning, and because God loves us, He prepares us for things that could come. Many times, God warns us through prophets of the things to come, and as believers, we must choose to listen and prepare. Don’t be terrified of the things that may come but be prepared and have something to say to the lost who will be running to God during these times. What do you think about these prophetic words?
